MINKE, 1st Premie Ster Mare,
Champion 1999 Kuering

Minke was shown for ster in 1999 and behold she was the Champion 1st Premie ster. While we were amazed at how well she did, we always knew that she was special. This just served to confirm our appraisals.

1st place ~ Pomona LA County Fair 2002 - Mare Under Saddle & Costume

Minke is out of a Ster mare by Dirk 298 and the mother's mother is a preferant ster mare out of Jochem 259. Her father is the Preferant Stallion Oege 267. Minke has a very outstanding pedigree. She arrived at Ballard Friesian Stables in 1999.

Minke has the best temperament. She loves to get as much attention as possible. We cannot even clean out her stall without her head on our shoulder the whole time. She loves attention more then food, unless it is applesauce or carrots.
